I have a passion for working with people to recover from disordered eating, chronic dieting and a toxic relationship with food and their bodies. I also have a special interest in the nutritional management of gut issues and reproductive health.
My practice philosophy follows a Non-Diet and Health At Every Size approach, which essentially means that I treat all bodies with respect and support you to change your behaviours (rather than your weight) to achieve better health.
As part of this, I understand that ALL aspects of health are crucial, not just the physical stuff – meaning that mental, emotional and social health are equally as important to me!
I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to explore your relationship with food, your body, and your self. I understand that every person has unique goals and priorities, and I'm here to support you to implement practical strategies to cultivate body acceptance and food freedom.
In my free time, you'll find me working on my Downward Dog, binge-watching Grey's Anatomy, and cuddling my Golden Retriever named Harris.
